CMG Holdings Group, Inc. discusses upcoming flagship product release and 2022 revenue potential with The Stock Day podcast

Phoenix, Ariz.–(Newsfile Corp. – February 7, 2022) – The Stock Day Podcast hosted CMG Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: CMGO) (“the Company”), a Chicago-based holding company whose primary subsidiary is operating is XA – The Experiential Agency, Inc. (http://www.experientialagency.com) – which engages in the alternative advertising, digital media, experiential and interactive marketing, and entertainment industries. Joining Stock Day host Everett Jolly was company CEO Glenn Laken.

Jolly started the interview by asking about the company’s background and current projects. “We are a holding company that trades on the OTC,” Laken said. “I have been associated with the company for ten years and have been its president and CEO since 2014,” he added. “We currently have one stake, XA – The Experiential Agency, Inc.,” Laken explained, adding that the company previously had stakes that have been spun off. “We have a major new investment that we have just made over the past few months.”

“Could you explain your flagship product and what it does?” asked Jolly. “It takes cheaper grade oil, including crude oil, heating oil, ship oil, and removes impurities through magnetic vacuum upgrading technology,” Laken said. The profit on this process is outsized. We are about to get into trading and we are extremely optimistic,” he added. “This is a multi-billion dollar industry, and we expect to be a major disruptor in this industry.”

Jolly then asked about the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, XA – The Experiential Agency, Inc. “We do experiential advertising for a variety of clients, providing a live experience for advertisers,” Laken explained. “We recently landed a very important job for a Western European country,” he continued. The events that are planned will generate interest in traveling across the Atlantic. The budget devoted to this work is quite large.

The conversation then turned to the challenges of COVID-19, particularly with respect to travel. “This project has been pushed back for about 30 days to accommodate new regulations,” Laken said, adding that the company hopes that when the project kicks off, restrictions and regulations won’t affect travel. so significantly.

Jolly then asked about a recent announcement detailing the company’s stock purchase. “I recently announced that I purchased 1.5 million shares of the company over a period of a few months,” Laken said. “I think the stock is extremely undervalued,” he added. “My own belief is that when we launch our oil business, those prices will be a distant memory.”

“Do you have any revenue projections for 2022?” Jolly asked. “On the experiential side, we expect to make between two and four million dollars,” Laken said. “We expect the oil business to be commercially operational around the beginning of April.”

Closing the interview, Laken encouraged listeners and shareholders to consider the potential of the company’s current and upcoming projects, especially as they continue to prepare for the commercialization of their impurity-removing petroleum product.
