TiNDLE, the first product from Next Gen Foods, does not contain antibiotics, hormones, cholesterol or genetically modified ingredients. The product can take center stage in almost any dish, from stir-fries and skewers to kid-friendly nuggets, making it a versatile favorite among innovative cooks.

United Arab Emirates: TiNDLE’s first stop outside of Asia

The launch of TiNDLE in the United Arab Emirates marks the first expansion outside of Asia for new generation foods. The startup chose the United Arab Emirates because of the region’s exceptional reputation as a food haven.

Departure September 16, TiNDLE will be on the menus with 8 partner restaurants with nearly 20 points of sale across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah, including At.Mosphere at Burj Khalifa, Akira Back Dubai, BB Social Dining at DIFC, Bite Me Burger / Get Plucked at DIFC and Jumeirah Park, FIKA at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Zero Gravity at Dubai Marina, La Brioche at Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort at Fujairah.

A global team on a global scale

Next Gen Foods was founded in 2020 by a Brazilian poultry exporter and food industry expert André Ménezès, and native German Timo recker, of which family affair has been making cutlets and other meat products for three generations. The two entrepreneurs wanted to develop products that would reduce humanity’s dependence on animal agriculture, which is acceleration of global warming and make people sick.

Next Gen Foods is funded by a $ 30 million investments by Asian and American venture capitalists – the biggest first round ever for a plant-based food start-up. World celebrities – including English footballer Dele Alli and business guru Chris Yeah – are also investors.
