Signode, a global manufacturer of innovative packaging and warehouse automation solutions, has announced the opening of a global flagship facility for its Automation and Packaging Technologies (APT) platform. The 360,000 square foot facility is located at 1600 Central Avenue in Roselle, Illinois. The organization will relocate its APT operations which are currently based in Glenview, Illinois.
The new facility will encompass the manufacturing of a broad portfolio of equipment and will also include a world-class Customer Experience Center. The facility will also house division leadership, sales, customer support, marketing, product management, innovation, research and development, application engineering, operations and reliability services. .
The new 100,000-square-foot customer experience center will feature meeting space, a showroom for product demonstrations, a certified test lab to optimize packaging designs, and training space for product demonstrations. customers and Signode employees.
