Williston Enterprise Solutions and Technology (WEST) is changing its name and will adopt the name of its flagship product MyHome as its corporate name.

WEST, a subsidiary of securities and settlement services provider Williston Financial Group (WFG), launched the MyHome collaboration platform in 2015, a portal and mobile app that coordinates the roles of all parties involved in residential real estate transactions. .

The philosophy behind MyHome is not only to reduce costs by enabling digital fences using smart documents, eNotes, eVaults and eSigning, but also to generate referrals by providing transparency and increasing customer satisfaction. SMS, email, or dashboard notifications alert parties involved in a deal to milestones, such as maintaining closes on schedule.

“We know the real estate process is fragmented, inefficient and slow and we understand how hard homeownership professionals must work to deliver value to their clients,” said WEST President Marty Frame. , in a video announcing the rebranding. “So we created MyHome in 2015 to help everyone communicate and collaborate more effectively online. Our goal now is to build on the pioneering spirit of MyHome to continue breaking down silos and elevating the process even further. To make it perfectly clear, we are renaming the entire company MyHome.

While the WEST brand highlighted the company’s connection to WFG, “Now is the time to align our brand with our purpose and leverage the value and equity we’ve created by establishing an independent identity. for MyHome,” said Steve Ozonian, president and CEO of WFG. said in a statement.

And we’ve seen people come out of our transaction process very satisfied, as distinguished by our leadership [net promoter scores]and ensuring that the customer comes first. »

Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, WFG operates three business divisions: Corporate-Owned Direct Title Operations, Agency Operations and Enterprise Solutions.

  • WFG National Title Insurance Company is a licensed title insurance underwriter in 49 states (Iowa does not require title insurance).
  • WFG Lenders Services is a centralized provider of title, closing and settlement services for mortgage lenders nationwide.
  • WFG’s Enterprise Solutions group includes WFG Lender Services and Valutrust Solutions, WFG’s national valuation and valuation management services company. WFG NTIC Default Title Services, the sales warranty and default title services division of WFG, is also part of WFG Enterprise Solutions.
